Since recently I have been keen on improving my pronunciation. Altough other components of my English were good enough, I could not master the way the British pronounce sounds and how they allocate stress in their sentenses. Probably, this was because my hearing is not accute enough to spot the subtle variations in sounds that make British English sound as it sounds. And here we have Elliott. Coming from Brazil, I have always had quite a strong American / Portuguese sounding accent. I have to admit, that at the time I booked this course I was probalbly still a bit overconfident by thinking "okay, let's see what comes up, but I am sure not many things would be really new for me". How wrong one can be! I really learned a lot and for the first time in my life got to know why something is pronounced the way it is and how to use sentences stress more naturally. I feel much more confident after this course and I have learned that I never stop learning. Keeping a good level of English pronounciation is a live long learning curve for non-natives. This program has everything you need to improve your British English pronunciation. You can't expect to speak like a native after you complete the program once, but with practice over and over again you will definitely see improvement with your English like i did, and i'm still practising in order to improve even more.
